We also provide publication services in collaboration with KlinikJurnal for Research Project category participants who desire to publish their full papers in a journal/proceeding.

The technicalities are as followed:
1. Presenters who have received the LoA abstract submission then make payment to continue the 2nd ICoBioS x OBC 2023 series.
2. a. Research/Start-up Competition presenters who have paid must submit a full paper in English for the competition by following the template provided on the ICoBios2023 website. If they wish, they may also submit it for publication in our provided journal/proceeding.
b. Non-student (non-competition) presenters who have paid do not necessarily have to submit their full paper. However, if the presenter desire to publish their full paper using our services, they must write it based on the template that has been provided. The language of the full paper depends on the target journal.
3. After the conference is completed, presenters (competition participants & nonstudents) can publish their articles on the output provided by the committee team via CoSy -> Paper Submission.
4. We accept the publication paper in 14 November - 30 November 2023.
5. Presenters who choose international and national indexed journals have the same opportunity to be selected.
6. Presenters will then be given monthly reports regarding the progress of articles submitted in journals and proceedings by our partner, KLINIKJURNAL.
7. Presenters whose articles are selected and eligible for inclusion in journals or proceedings can immediately make Article Processing Charge payments. The amount of APC can be seen below.
8. Meanwhile, presenters who do not qualify for publication in the journal will be guaranteed a choice of publication in the ICoBioS 2023 proceedings, namely AIP or NST proceedings.
9. However, participants are welcome to withdraw their papers if they wish to publish their outcomes independently.
